The agreement
The QuitOne app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the app you agree to that agreement and to these terms, which add the points below. These terms also cover this website and its waitlist.

Guidance, not medical advice
QuitOne is a self-help tool. It is not medical advice, treatment or a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose or treat anything. We don't promise any result.
Your daily targets are ceilings to stay under while you cut down, never a suggestion to use nicotine.
Talk to a doctor or pharmacist if you want medical help with quitting, especially if you are pregnant, have a health condition or take medicine. If you feel unwell, get medical help; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Subscriptions
The free tracker works without paying. QuitOne Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed to your Apple ID by Apple. The price and length are shown in the app before you buy.
- Free trial. If your plan includes one, you're charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A discounted first period renews at the regular price shown when you subscribe.
- Cancel or manage. On your iPhone, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
- Refunds. Apple handles refunds. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your quit data is stored on your phone, as the privacy policy explains. We can't see it, so we can't recover it if your phone is lost. Export a backup from Settings › Backup if you want a copy.
No guarantees
We work hard to make QuitOne reliable, but it is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from using it or not being able to use it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
